TICKETS for the 2019 Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour endurance race are now on sale – and they’re priced exactly the same as this year’s event. The annual Easter long weekend classic will retain its position as one of Australia’s best-value motorsport events with ticket prices starting at just $10 if purchased online prior to the event.As well as the Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour Production Car enduro, a packed support program includes a diverse mix of categories that will appeal to a broad spectrum of racing fans.Click here to buy ticketsProduction Sports Cars will feature some of the most impressive GT machinery around, while the return of Heritage Touring Cars – original machinery from the classic Group C and Group A era – will provide stunning racing.A massive field of Improved Production vehicles is expected, with the same likely for the Hyundai Excel series’ return.The Porsche Club of NSW regularity will offer something for fans of the German marque as well.The Bathurst 6 Hour online ticketing portal offers advance pricing for all range of tickets on sale for the event, with Friday General Admission (concession) tickets starting as low as $5 of purchased online prior to the event.A three-day GA ticket purchased online prior to the event can be secured for just $40, which represents excellent value for a major Australian motorsport event at the home of endurance racing, Mount Panorama.The advance ticket price for a three-day pass represents a $10 saving when compared to purchasing at the gate on an event day.Children 12 and under will be admitted free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.GA ticketholders have access to the full precinct, including spectator areas at the bottom of the Mountain, the Chase, and at the top of Mount Panorama. Paddock access is also included within the cost of trackside admission.The Bathurst 6 Hour field continues to grow with teams now working through the motorsport off-season to lock in their plans.One outfit, Race Academy International, is even using the event as a lure to draw people to their new racing program – offering a funded drive in the 2019 event as a prize.The program, which includes tuition from Nissan GT Academy winner and Production Car regular Josh Muggleton, will offer up a seat in a six-hour entry next Easter – showing the appeal of the Race.Organisers recently confirmed a more than 40-car preliminary entry list across seven classes, with entries remaining open until 15 March 2019.
