INFORMATION REGARDING TICKETS & CAMPING
As communicated yesterday this years 2020 Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour Event has been rescheduled to November 13-15, 2020.All tickets and campsites will be refunded, not held over in this instance. In these uncertain times we feel this is the best decision for our attendees. We do hope to see you all at the bigger and better event we have planned in November!
Tickets
Our ticket provider Outix has initiated the refund process. This will be automatic for anyone who purchased tickets to the event. Please note all refunds will be refunded to the credit card you purchased tickets on. The refunds will take between 2-3 weeks to hit your account. If you have any queries or need to update your credit card details please send an email to refunds@outix.com.au with your transaction number and our event name (2020 Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour).
Campsites
The campsites will be refunded. New campsites will need to be booked in November. The Bathurst Regional Council will contact campsite holders separately with an email about the process for this.
