2021 Bathurst 6 Hour Spectator & Corporate access information

If you’re coming to the 2021 Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour, below is all the important information you will need to know to have a great and safe experience on the Mountain this weekend.

GENERAL ADMISSION / SPECTATORS

Gate Opening Times & Information

Two gates will be in operation. The Main Gate and Barry Gurdon Gate. Both gates will be open at 7am and close at 5pm each day. Attendees will be required to scan their ticket to get in and out of the venue.

A Ticketmaster Box Office will operate at the main gate. Opening hours below.

Friday 2nd April – 7am – 5pm Saturday 3rd April – 7am – 5pm Sunday 4th April – 7am – 1pm

Ticket Access

A GA ticket gains you access to all areas of the event including the paddock, top of the mount and Harris Park.

Carpark

Public parking is available immediately adjacent to the Main Ticket Box off Panorama Avenue.

Food & Beverage

There will be food vendors in the paddock. There will also be more food vendors and a bar operating out of Harris Park.

CORPORATE TICKET HOLDERS

Gate and Suite Opening Times

Corporate guests should enter through the Main Gate. The Main Gate is open from 7am and closes at 6pm each day.

Bathurst 6 Hour Club Information

The Bathurst 6 Hour Club is located in Suites 19 & 20.

Opening time: 8am
Bar Opens: 11am
Closing time: 6pm

The Bathurst 6 Hour Club includes on arrival snack, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea as well as a premium drinks package.

There will also be a driver appearance on Saturday and Sunday. Your Suite Host will be able to advise the driver appearance times when you check in.

Pit Lounge Information

The Pit Lounge is located in Suite 16 & 17.

Opening Time: 8am
Cash Bar Opens: 11am
Closing time: 6pm

The Pit Lounge includes a buffet lunch. Any drinks, additional food and snacks can be purchased at the bar throughout the day.

Dress Code

The minimum requirement for both corporate hospitality areas is smart casual. Accepted – Dress jeans, dress shorts, t-shirts and racing shirts Not accepted – Tank tops, mid-riff tops, active wear, shorts higher than mid-thigh and strictly no thongs.

Carpark – Bathurst 6 Hour Club

Bathurst 6 Hour Club ticket holders can park in the Corporate Car park in Harris Park. You are entitled to 1 corporate car pass per transaction. These will be available for collection at the Accreditation Office located in Harris Park. Please show your ticket to access a car park pass.

Carpark – Pit Lounge

All Pit Lounge ticket holders must park in the public parking immediately adjacent to the Main Ticket Box off Panorama Avenue.

COVID-19 PROCEDURES

If you are feeling unwell/have COVID-19 symptoms you must not attend the event. You must stay home and get tested until you can return a negative test result.

Each day before you enter the venue you are required to check into the event via the Service NSW COVID Safe Check-In QR code. This will be available at the gate.
