Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour track schedule confirmed

A BUMPER 37 on track sessions headline a packed on-track schedule confirmed today for the 2022 Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour. 

The three-day program will see track activity from dawn to dusk with a broad array of racing, all building to the start of the 6-Hour itself on Easter Sunday morning.

Action commences on Good Friday with a host of practice and qualifying sessions, including two hours of on-track time for the cars contesting Sunday’s big race.

Another highlight of the Friday program will be a pair of 30-minute practice sessions for the third round of the Supercheap Auto TCR Australia Series and Qualifying for Turtle Wax Trans Am Series cars in the afternoon.

Racing commences early on Saturday with races for the MRF Tyres Pulsar Racing Association, Historic Touring Cars and HQ Holdens.

TCR Australia qualifies at 12:20pm, with Trans-Am on track at 1:05 for their first race.

The packed afternoon program will see two TCR races – one each at 2:45pm and 5:10pm respectively – with the two-part qualifying session for the Bathurst 6 Hour to take place between 4:05 and 4:55pm.

Easter Sunday commences with the Historic Touring Cars and HQ Holdens, prior to a brief Bathurst 6 Hour warm-up session and the final races each for Turtle Wax Trans Am and Supercheap Auto TCR Australia.

The sixth running of the Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour will commence at 11:15am local time, finishing six hours later at 5:15pm.
